Tagboard's Media Library gives you a place to centrally store your creative assets to use on your visualizations. This could include background images, logos, and/or promo slides.

Upload files to your Media Library

Click "Media Library" on the left sidebar of your Account Dashboard. To upload files, select the "Upload Files" button or simply drag and drop your files onto the screen.

Note: maximum file size is 5MB. Allowed file types include PNG and JPG.

Manage your files

We recommend adding tags to your files, to organize and make your Media Library easier to search. To add a tag, click an image and enter appropriate tags on the right sidebar. You can SHIFT+CLICK to select and tag multiple files at one time. For example, if you are uploading a series of sponsor slides, add "sponsor" as a tag so your team can easily search for files tagged with "sponsor".

Edit your files

To edit your files, select the image and click the pencil in the right sidebar. You can rotate, flip, and crop your images to a custom screen ratio. Note: your background images should match the ratio of the screen you are displaying your story on. For example, if you are using a 16:9 screen to display your story, be sure to crop your background image to a 16:9 ratio as well.

You can use any of the assets stored in your Media Library to build custom visualizations. Click here to get started creating a theme!
