This Acceptable Use Policy sets out a list of acceptable and unacceptable conduct for our Services. If we believe a violation of the policy is deliberate, repeated or presents a credible risk of harm to other users, our customers, the Services or any third parties, we may suspend or terminate your access. This policy may change as Tagboard grows and evolves, so please check back regularly for updates and changes. Capitalized terms used below but not defined in this policy have the meaning set forth in the User Terms of Service.

DO:

  • comply with all User Terms of Service, including the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy;

  • comply with all applicable laws and governmental regulations, including, but not limited to, all intellectual property, data, privacy, and export control laws, and regulations promulgated by any government agencies, including, but not limited to, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and any rules of any national and other securities exchanges;

  • post content that complies with all applicable terms of the Source Platforms which Tagboard aggregates;

  • keep passwords and all other login information confidential;

  • monitor and control all activity conducted through your account in connection with the Services;

  • promptly notify us if you become aware of or reasonably suspect any illegal or unauthorized activity or a security breach involving your accounts or teams, including any loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of authorization token, or account; and

  • comply in all respects with all applicable terms of the Source Platforms, including any that Customer elects to integrate with the Services that you access or subscribe to in connection with the Services.

DO NOT:

  • use the Services in a manner that: (1) violates the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other personal or proprietary rights of any person or entity; (2) creates a risk of harm, loss, physical or mental injury, emotional distress, death, disability, disfigurement, or physical or mental illness to any person or thing; (3) violates, or encourages any conduct that violates laws or regulations; (4) contains any information or content we deem to be hateful, violent, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), libelous, threatening, profane, or otherwise objectionable; (5) contains any information or content that is illegal; and/or (6) is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive;

  • send any unsolicited or unauthorized spam, advertising messages, promotional materials, email, junk mail, chain letters or other form of solicitation via the Services;

  • use, display or mirror the Services, any individual element within the Services, the Tagboard name, trademark, logo or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page, without our express written consent;

  • access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of Tagboard, our computer systems, support services, servers, or the technical delivery systems of our providers;

  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Tagboard, our computer systems and servers and network or breach any security or authentication measures;

  • avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by Tagboard or any of our providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the Services or Third-Party Platform Content;

  • attempt to access or search the Services beyond their public functionality, or Third-Party Platform Content or scrape or download the Service, Tagboard Pages, or Third-Party Platform Content, or otherwise use, upload content to, or create new links, reposts, or referrals in Tagboard through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism, including automated scripts, spiders, data mining tools or similar, other than the software provided by Tagboard or other generally available third-party web browsers;

  • use the Services for any commercial purpose or the benefit of any third party, except as otherwise explicitly permitted for you by Tagboard or in any manner not permitted by the Customer Terms of Service;

  • attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Services;

  • interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, trojan horse, worm or logic bomb, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Services;

  • collect or store any personally identifiable information from Tagboard without express permission;

  • use Tagboard as a tool to impersonate a person, company, group or other entity;

  • abuse referrals or promotions to get more credits than deserved;

  • sublicense, resell, time share or similarly exploit the Services;

  • use contact, UGC owner identification information, or other user information obtained from the Services to contact Authorized Users or UGC owners outside of the Services without their express permission or authority or to create or distribute mailing lists or other collections of contact;

  • use the Service for investigation or surveillance purposes whether personal, commercial, or governmental; or

  • authorize, permit, enable, induce or encourage any third party to do any of the above.
